About

My life is a multi sensory practice devoted to sound, art, and ritual care. I create experiences, music and art to support nervous system regulation, beauty, and embodied living.

Let me tell you how I got here…

I worked many years in the Japanese music scene as a recording artist. My father being a musician; I practically grew up in it.  I started early in the recording studio after school at 16. As much as I loved music I felt uneasy about different aspects of the entertainment industry. This became the reason I looked deeper within, deeper to recalibrate what it is I was actually doing through singing. I felt the urge to be grounded not fluttering from here to there on tour but rooted in the place that nurtured me, my home town of Zushi.

I found sound therapy to be the perfect fit for my very being.  While I enjoyed the allure of being on stage I also always wanted to be a mother, work the garden, and have the simple pleasures of life. .. and so I did. The past few years we have traveled as a family living in Barcelona and in Australia.

Through my journey I returned to the essence of who I always have been. As I slowed down my work, everything simplified. No urge to chase but to be. I created less music and art for a while. My grandfather was a painter. My brother and mother painted too. Naturally art has always been an outlet of my creative spirit and expression. Now with more intention I am excited to create from a place of deeper alignment and clarity.

I have always chosen a holistic approach to my physical and emotional wellbeing thanks to my mother’s influence. Herbal remedies, homeopathy, ayurveda, chinese medicine, psychic training etc… I was lead to deepen my understanding of essential oils and their great potential to support human wellbeing. So here I am.
